A classic Italian appetizer featuring toasted bread topped with a fresh tomato-basil mixture.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C. Slice bread into 1.5 cm pieces.
Mix 2 minced garlic cloves with 2 tbsp olive oil; brush onto bread slices.
Bake slices for 10-12 minutes until golden and crispy.
Combine chopped tomatoes, basil, red onion, garlic, balsamic vinegar, 2 tbsp olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Top toasted bread with tomato mixture and serve immediately.
Notes
Use fresh, ripe tomatoes for the best flavor.
