500gramslean beef mince
Lettuce, shredded

2-3mediumpotatoes(sliced into thin chips)
2tablespoonsolive oil(divided)
0.5teaspoongarlic powder
1tablespoonketchup
1teaspoonDijon or yellow mustard
1teaspoonpickle juice from the pickle jar
4tablespoonsmayonnaise

Instructions
Mix all spice ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
Slice potatoes into thin chips, dry, toss with 1 tbsp olive oil and half the spice mix. Bake at 200°C (390°F) for 30-40 mins or air fry for 20 mins until crispy.
Heat remaining olive oil in a pan, cook beef until browned, add remaining spice mix, and cook until liquid evaporates.
Mix ketchup, mustard, pickle juice, and mayonnaise to make burger sauce.
Assemble bowls with chips, shredded lettuce, cooked beef, cheese, pickle slices, and top with burger sauce. Serve immediately.
