Ingredients

Black Currants

  • 1 cup black currants (fresh or frozen)

Spinach

  • 1 handful fresh spinach

Banana

  • 1 ripe banana

Plant-based Milk

  • 1 cup plant-based milk (almond, oat, or coconut)

Honey

  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions 

  • Gather all ingredients before blending.
  • Wash and prep spinach; peel and slice banana.
  • Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  • Blend until smooth, adding ice for thickness if desired.
  • Serve immediately in a tall glass, garnished if desired.

Notes

For a creamier texture, add a few ice cubes during blending.
