A flavorful and easy crockpot beef and broccoli dish that rivals takeout, perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.
Ingredients

flank steak (or chuck roast, thinly sliced against the grain)

beef broth

low-sodium soy sauce

Optional: Cooked white rice (sesame seeds, and sliced green onions for serving)
Instructions
Place sliced beef in the slow cooker.
Whisk together beef broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger; pour over beef.
Cook on low 4-6 hours or high 2-3 hours until tender.
Mix cornstarch and water; stir into crockpot, add broccoli, and cook 20-30 minutes until thickened and broccoli is tender.
Stir, serve over rice, garnished with sesame seeds and green onions if desired.
Notes
For best results, slice beef thinly against the grain and avoid overcooking broccoli to keep it bright green.
