Delicious and easy-to-make no-bake chocolate oatmeal bars perfect for a quick treat.
Ingredients
Dough

butter

brown sugar packed

teaspoon
vanilla extract

rolled oats

semisweet or dark chocolate chips

peanut butter
Instructions
Line a 8-inch or 9-inch square baking dish with parchment paper.
Melt butter and brown sugar over medium heat until smooth, then stir in vanilla and oats.
Press half of the oat mixture into the prepared dish; set aside the rest.
Melt peanut butter and chocolate chips together until smooth, then spread over the crust. Drizzle with reserved chocolate.
Top with remaining oat mixture, press gently, and drizzle with remaining chocolate. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours before cutting.
