Salmon

  • 4 fillets Salmon (about 6 ounces each, sockeye or king recommended)
  • 2 medium Fresh Lemons (juice and zest needed)
  • 0.25 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil (for marinade)
  • 3 cloves Fresh Garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Dill (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Salt (or to taste)
