Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line your cake pans with parchment paper.
Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl. Set aside.
Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Gently set aside.
Cream together butter and Greek yogurt, then add maple syrup and vanilla until smooth.
Alternate adding dry ingredients and milk to the butter mixture on low speed; fold in egg whites gently.
Divide batter into pans and bake for 20-25 minutes. Cool completely before frosting.
Notes
Ensure egg whites are whipped to stiff peaks for best texture.
