A delicious and healthy layered parfait featuring chia pudding and fresh berries, perfect for a quick breakfast or snack.

Ingredients

Chia Seeds

  • 0.5 cup chia seeds
  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

Instructions 

  • Whisk chia seeds, almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla until combined. Let sit for 5 minutes.
  • Stir again to break up clumps. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  • Layer chia pudding and berries in glasses, alternating layers.
  • Top with berries and drizzle with maple syrup if desired.
  • Serve chilled and enjoy!
