Ingredients

  • 1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 0.5 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 0.25 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 0.25 cup granola (for topping)
  • to taste Fresh raspberries and blueberries (for garnish)
  • a few sliced almonds (for garnish)
  • to taste Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)

Instructions 

  • Combine berries, protein powder, almond milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, and almond butter in a blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.

Notes
