Instructions
Cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a skillet, cook onion until translucent, then add garlic, bouillon, and Italian seasoning; cook until fragrant.
Add ground beef, cook until browned, then drain excess fat and stir in marinara sauce; simmer for 8 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper, then mix in cooked pasta, Parmesan, and parsley; serve immediately.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes or grated cheese on top.
