A quick and flavorful dish combining tender beef, vegetables, and rice stir-fried with savory sauces.
Ingredients
Meat

beef (flank steak, sirloin, or skirt steak), thinly sliced

cooked rice (preferably day-old, cold rice)
Vegetables and Aromatics

tablespoons
vegetable oil (divided)

onion, diced

cloves
garlic, minced

mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, bell peppers, or corn)
Eggs and Sauces

eggs, lightly beaten

soy sauce

oyster sauce (optional)

Instructions
Season beef with salt and pepper. Sear in 1 tbsp oil until browned, then set aside.
In the same pan, sauté onion and garlic, then add mixed vegetables and cook until tender.
Push vegetables aside, scramble eggs in the empty space, then combine with vegetables.
Add rice, soy sauce, oyster sauce (if using), and sesame oil; stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
Return beef to the pan, mix well, and cook for another 1-2 minutes. Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
Notes
Use day-old rice for best texture and flavor.
