Instructions
Mix ketchup, honey, vinegar, Worcestershire, garlic, onion, chili, and cayenne in a bowl; set aside.
Heat oil, season salmon, and cook 2-3 minutes per side until golden.
Simmer BBQ sauce with salmon for 3-4 minutes, spooning over.
Broil for 2-3 minutes until lightly charred, then sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Serve over rice with pineapple chunks and enjoy!
Notes
