A quick and flavorful bowl combining quinoa, chicken, corn, beans, and BBQ sauce for a satisfying meal.

Instructions
Bring quinoa and water or stock to a boil, then simmer for 12-15 minutes until cooked.
Mix corn, chicken, and beans in a bowl.
Add hot quinoa to the bowl and stir to combine.
Stir in 1/2 cup BBQ sauce.
Divide mixture into bowls, top with avocado slices, and drizzle with remaining BBQ sauce.
