Delicious and easy-to-make wraps combining smoky BBQ chicken with crunchy coleslaw, perfect for a quick lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

Chicken

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie or grilled)
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite style)

Coleslaw

  • 2 cups coleslaw mix (shredded cabbage and carrots)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 4 large flour tortillas (or wraps)
  • optional chopped fresh parsley or cilantro (for garnish)

Instructions 

  • Combine shredded chicken with BBQ sauce until well coated.
  • Mix mayonnaise, vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper; toss with coleslaw mix.
  • Lay tortillas flat, add BBQ chicken and coleslaw, then garnish with herbs if desired.
  • Roll up the wraps, fold in sides, and serve immediately or wrap for later.

Notes

For extra flavor, warm the chicken slightly before assembling.
