A quick and flavorful skillet dish combining beef, pasta, and BBQ sauce for a satisfying meal.
Ingredients

red bell pepper
red bell pepper (finely chopped)

Dry Pasta and Frozen Items

rotini pasta (dry uncooked)

shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
Cook ground beef, red bell pepper, and salt in a skillet until beef is no longer pink. Drain excess fat.
Add beef broth, BBQ sauce, pasta, and corn. Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
Stir in 1 cup of cheese until melted. Top with remaining cheese and cover until melted.
Serve hot, optionally with sour cream and green onions.
