Meat
1lbbeef (flank steak or ribeye, thinly sliced)
½cupBBQ sauce (your favorite brand or homemade)
1tbspolive oil
Vegetables
1avocadoavocado (sliced)
4largeflour tortillas
1cupshredded lettuce
½cupcherry tomatoes (halved)
¼cupred onion (thinly sliced)
½cupshredded cheese (cheddar, pepper jack, or mozzarella)
1tbsplime juice
Seasoning
to tasteSalt & pepper
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the sliced beef until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
Add BBQ sauce to the beef and simmer for 2-3 minutes to coat evenly.
Warm the tortillas briefly in a dry skillet or microwave.
Assemble the wraps by layering beef, avocado slices, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and cheese on each tortilla. Drizzle with lime juice and season with salt and pepper.
Roll up the tortillas tightly, cut in half if desired, and serve.
