Enjoy a flavorful and easy-to-make wrap combining tender BBQ beef, fresh avocado, and crisp vegetables for a satisfying meal.

Ingredients

Meat

  • 1 lb beef (flank steak or ribeye, thinly sliced)
  • ½ cup BBQ sauce (your favorite brand or homemade)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Vegetables

  • 1 avocado avocado (sliced)
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • ¼ cup red onion (thinly sliced)
  • ½ cup shredded cheese (cheddar, pepper jack, or mozzarella)
  • 1 tbsp lime juice

Seasoning

  • to taste Salt & pepper

Instructions 

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the sliced beef until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Add BBQ sauce to the beef and simmer for 2-3 minutes to coat evenly.
  • Warm the tortillas briefly in a dry skillet or microwave.
  • Assemble the wraps by layering beef, avocado slices, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and cheese on each tortilla. Drizzle with lime juice and season with salt and pepper.
  • Roll up the tortillas tightly, cut in half if desired, and serve.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the beef in BBQ sauce for 30 minutes before cooking.
