These no-bake banana oat energy bites are a quick, healthy snack perfect for on-the-go energy boosts. Made with simple ingredients, they are customizable with your favorite mix-ins.
Ingredients
Fruits
2piecesripe bananas(the spottier, the better for sweetness)
Dry ingredients
2cupsold-fashioned rolled oats(use certified gluten-free oats if needed)
0.5cupnut or seed butter(peanut, almond, or sunflower seed butter)
2-3tablespoonshoney or maple syrup(adjust to taste)
1teaspoonvanilla extract
0.5teaspoonground cinnamon(optional but delicious)

Mix-ins
up to 3/4cupmix-ins(such as mini chocolate chips, chopped nuts, seeds, shredded coconut, dried fruit)
Instructions
Mash the bananas until mostly smooth.
Stir in nut or seed butter, honey, and vanilla until combined.
Add oats, cinnamon, and salt; mix until mixture holds together.
Fold in your chosen mix-ins, adding more if needed.
Chill the mixture for 20–30 minutes, then roll into balls and chill for another 10–15 minutes.
