Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mash bananas until smooth in a large bowl.
Mix in nut butter, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt until combined.
Fold in oats, chocolate chips, and walnuts (if using).
Scoop and flatten dough onto baking sheet, then bake for 15 minutes.
Cool before storing.
