A delicious and healthy smoothie combining bananas, berries, Greek yogurt, and pomegranate juice for a refreshing treat.

Ingredients

Fruits

  • 1 piece frozen ripe banana, peeled and cut into 1-inch (2.5 cm) pieces
  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • 0.5 cup low-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 0.5 cup pomegranate juice, plus more if necessary
  • 4 teaspoons honey

Instructions 

  • Peel and cut the banana into 1-inch pieces.
  • Place banana, berries, yogurt, juice, and honey into blender.
  • Blend until smooth, stopping to stir if needed.
  • If too thick, add more juice and blend again.
  • Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

For a colder smoothie, use chilled ingredients or add ice.
