A delicious and healthy smoothie combining bananas, berries, Greek yogurt, and pomegranate juice for a refreshing treat.

frozen ripe banana, peeled and cut into 1-inch (2.5 cm) pieces

frozen berries

low-fat plain Greek yogurt

pomegranate juice, plus more if necessary

honey
Instructions
Peel and cut the banana into 1-inch pieces.
Place banana, berries, yogurt, juice, and honey into blender.
Blend until smooth, stopping to stir if needed.
If too thick, add more juice and blend again.
Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
Notes
For a colder smoothie, use chilled ingredients or add ice.
