Instructions
Combine maple syrup, coconut aminos, rice vinegar, sesame oil, red pepper flakes, and arrowroot powder. Whisk until smooth.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
Add garlic and ginger; cook until fragrant, 1-2 minutes.
Add bell pepper and carrots; cook until tender, 3-4 minutes. Pour sauce over and simmer until thickened, 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Stir in green onions, then serve filling in lettuce wraps, garnished with sesame seeds. Add rice if desired.
Notes
Adjust seasoning to taste and serve with rice or cauliflower rice for a complete meal.
