A moist and flavorful cake made with almond flour and Greek yogurt, perfect for a healthy treat or dessert.

Ingredients

Dry Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 0.25 tsp salt

Wet Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt plain
  • 3 large eggs
  • 0.5 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Zest of 1 lemon lemon zest (optional) (optional)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a cake pan.
  • Whisk Greek yogurt, eggs, honey, vanilla, and lemon zest until smooth.
  • Mix almond flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to wet ingredients, stirring well.
  • Pour batter into pan, smooth top, and bake for 30-35 minutes.
  • Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to wire rack. Serve plain or with toppings.

Notes

You can add fresh fruits or a dollop of yogurt for extra flavor.
