Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a cake pan.
Whisk Greek yogurt, eggs, honey, vanilla, and lemon zest until smooth.
Mix almond flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to wet ingredients, stirring well.
Pour batter into pan, smooth top, and bake for 30-35 minutes.
Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to wire rack. Serve plain or with toppings.
