A delicious gluten-free almond cake with a soft texture and a golden top, perfect for any occasion.

Instructions
Beat eggs, salt, and icing sugar until light and fluffy.
Add softened butter gradually, mixing on low until fully incorporated.
Gently fold in almond flour with a spatula, avoiding deflating the batter.
Pour batter into a buttered springform pan lined with baking paper.
Decorate the top with sliced almonds and bake at 170°C (340°F) for 30-40 minutes until golden and a skewer comes out clean.
Allow to cool, then dust with icing sugar before serving.
Notes
Ensure eggs are at room temperature for best volume.
