  • 1 tbsp Olive oil or avocado oil

Instructions 

  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3-5 minutes.
  • Pat chicken dry, drizzle with oil, sprinkle with seasoning, and toss to coat.
  • Line or lightly spray the air fryer basket, arrange tenders in a single layer.
  • Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 8-12 minutes, flipping halfway.
  • Check internal temperature; it should reach 165°F (74°C). Let rest 2 minutes before serving.
