Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup oat flour
  • 2 scoops vegan protein powder
  • 2 tbsp powdered peanut butter or nut butter
  • 3 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup, honey, or sugar-free syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch salt
  • 2 tbsp mini dark chocolate chips

Instructions 

  • Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
  • Add vanilla and sweetener, then slowly stir in almond milk until doughy.
  • Fold in chocolate chips.
  • Eat immediately or chill for 20 minutes for a firmer texture.
