Instructions
Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Add diced onion and cook until softened, about 2 minutes.
Add ground beef, cook until browned, then drain excess fat.
Stir in taco seasoning and water, simmer until thickened, about 3 minutes.
Wash lettuce leaves and serve beef in leaves for wraps.
