Instructions
Cook the pasta until al dente, then drain and set aside.
In a large bowl, whisk together teriyaki sauce, rice vinegar, and oils.
Add cooked pasta, chicken, spinach, water chestnuts, mandarin oranges, onions, peanuts, cranberries, and sesame seeds. Toss to combine.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately or chill before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in teriyaki sauce before cooking.
