A delicious gluten-free marble cake with a beautiful swirl of chocolate and vanilla flavors, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Dry ingredients

  • 1.5 cups oat flour (195 g)
  • 0.75 cup almond flour (100 g)
  • 2.25 tsp baking powder
  • 0.25 tsp salt

Wet ingredients

  • 0.75 cup honey (190 g)
  • 0.5 cup coconut oil (125 ml)
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 3 large eggs (room temperature)
  • 0.75 cup milk (190 ml, room temperature)
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder (16 g, sifted)
  • 1 tbsp milk (room temperature)

Optional

  • some quantity healthy chocolate sauce or frosting (optional)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a loaf pan.
  • Mix dry ingredients in one bowl and wet ingredients in another.
  • Combine wet and dry ingredients, then divide batter into two bowls.
  • Mix cocoa powder and a tablespoon of milk into one bowl to create chocolate batter.
  • Alternate spooning vanilla and chocolate batter into the prepared pan, creating a marbled effect. Swirl with a knife.
  • Bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool before serving.

Ensure all ingredients are at room temperature for best results.
